Social media is a crucial tool for success in business today. People are already talking about your business using social media, whether you're using it or not. By becoming part of the conversation, you can start connecting directly to your customers, as well as finding new ones, easily and inexpensively while spreading the word about your products or services.
But social media marketing isn't like traditional marketing - and treating it that way only leads to frustration. Let Shama Hyder Kabani, president of Web marketing firm Marketing Zen and social-media expert, teach you the “zen” of social media marketing: how to access all the benefits of social media marketing without the stress!
With a foreword by New York Times best-selling author Chris Brogan, The Zen of Social Media Marketing outlines the most popular social media tools, from Facebook to Twitter to LinkedIn, and teaches you how to use them, step by step. She provides proven strategies for success from the businesses she works with every day, along with shortcuts and tips to help you make the most of your time and energy.
The Zen of Social Media Marketing is also the last social media guide you'll ever need: with the physical book you also get access to the exclusive online edition, which includes regular updates and video extras to make sure you're always on top of the latest in social media.

"Highly recommended for anybody with anything to market online." (Library Journal)
"Beginner's Book"
The info is valid.... actually picked up a tip or two...but overall it was pretty basic...recommended for someone new to the subject matter.
Change the tone of the book and narrator was annoying at times.
"Please can I get my money back? The info is old"
The information provided in this book is nothing more than what you can find of countless blogs about social media. There is ABSOLUTELY nothing new in here. Google+ ,Really? Come on. I wish someone would write a decent book about social media, with up to date information. This is not it. My grandmother knows more about social media.
Provide relevant information
Fine narration
Very disappointing.
Waste of time. Not what I thought it would be about.
"Expected more from the book"
More examples, that is more relevant to different businesses.
Expected more from the book. The Zen moments is not always or really Zen moments.
Sort off.
"Straight forward cookbook approach"
Not a bad effort. Covers lots of ground in a step by step manner. The only thing missing was the secret sauce, you know, that magic tip that makes all the difference to your take away.
tradesman like.
"Excellent! Motivating & very knowledgeable!"
Absolutely. You should listen before you start any social media project.
Passion, knowledge, real enthusiasm for the process and it comes through when you listen.
