"Don't waste a Credit"
AUDIO IS HORRIBLE!!!

"Better than the first"
The Narrator Jessica Almasy did just as well with this as with the first.
The Story/Plot was actually a bit better imho then the first book. The chars grow and you see it by their actions, thoughts, coming to understandings about themselves, etc. It was a good sequel to the first book. I will likely get another in this series if Gena Showalter writes another.
If you enjoyed the first, then you will very likely enjoy this one as well.1 of 1 people found this review helpful -

"Sorry to see it the series end."
What did you love best about Twice as Hot?Sassy Belle. She's so wonderful.
Which character – as performed by Jessica Almasy – was your favorite?Oh all of them. They are all so separate, they don't blend together, I think that is SO important!
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?I was getting pretty chocked up when Belle was interrogating Rome. I don't know how she kept it together!
Any additional comments?I wanted more Tanner! A minor critique would be that style of writing where everything is wrapped up neatly in a pretty little bow, i.e. everyone ends up together. So and so didn't get the guy, but she got another guy, etc. But all in all, a great book! Sorry to see it end.

"Fabulous"
I really enjoyed this book, provacative, exciting and suspensful. It really is a good read (listen). Gena needs to write more and more of this type of book, it's reality set in a fantasy atmosphere. Can't brag enough on her work.

"Another Great Series!"
Twice as Hot is the second book in the series (Playing with Fire is the first), and this book was just as good, if not better, than the first. I recommend that you listed to book 1 before book 2. The characters are a lot of fun, they have depth, and the conversations between the characters are interesting. The narrator is excellent. This series was worth the credits!

"Good Sequel"
This is the Sequel to "Playing with Fire." Both are good listens and I really like the silliness and comedy of Showalter.
It is strange to me that Showalter can write such funny, light, and enjoyable books as these and also write the dull "Lords of the Underworld" series. If you want a laugh get this.1 of 4 people found this review helpful
