    "Serious disappointment..."

The title should be How A Certain Business Psychologist Dealt With A Few Mildly Weird Employees. It gives NO advise as to how to deal with the jerk of a boss, witch of a wife, or bonehead neighbor. O, and her brilliant advise for the really difficult employee: "sack her." DUH!
