Filled with hairpin twists and high-tension action, with characters as dark and surprising as any he has created, this is Higgins working at the peak of his powers.

"Higgins has written better"
Higgins can spin a great WWII yarn, but this is not one of them and the reader doesn't help matters. After 2 hours I decided there were better books on this website and I stopped listening altogether...
"A Bit Weak"
Unlike Angel of Death, Thunder Point and the other books of the "Sean Dillion series", this book didn't grab my attention. It seemed that Higgins rehashed the plots and rolled them into a new book.
If you a fan of the characters then you might enjoy it but if you've never heard/read any of Jack Higgins' works then I suggest trying one of his other books.
