In-spite of being a visual learner who still loves the feel of a book , I truly enjoy audible books and have been using it lately as my self development tool. I'm thinking about ordering some light comedy ones to see how they feel. Love fitness and enjoy social events with crazy fun people. Being connected with things around me and people is what inspires me the most, yet I am pretty low-key and cherish privacy.

YES. Learn while doing. The why's are explained while not taking away from the soft and relaxed state she is trying to get you to.
Reiki Relaxation - I was able to get to that place quickly here too.

The doing vs. being. I now surrender more to the being state when there is conflict or confusion around me so not to dive into a "Solution Mode" with heightened emotions.
The amount of chapters was necessary and really made this book work GREAT as a guide.
