"I purchased this because narrated by Jim Frangione"
The story was enjoyable and well structured. It was different to other romances that I usually read, the mystery was something different, however some parts of the book was exhausting to get through, just the constant building of emotions from each character and running through the Why’s and How’s of details. Jim does another amazing job at narrating, I really got this book because he was narrating, and probably going to get the other books because he is narrating them as well.
"Excruciatingly long s\and drawn out!"
OMG could she have dragged this story out any further? We do not need to have every single solitary detail of each character's every thought. Good story line,
great chemistry between characters but this story cold easily have been told in half the time. Jim's narrating truly makes this story worth listening to. He could describe paint drying and make it sound fascinating. 5 stars for his performance.
Say something about yourself!
"Great Book love Jim Frangione's voice"
I love the way this one has the romance with mystery. It was a bit long and parts of it dragged on. But I love the way it kept you guessing who was the person who aranged the kidnapping. I wish I could figuar out which books where 1st and which one was 2nd and 3rd. There are 3 books but they don't tell you which order to read them in. All in all I loved the book and I'm ready to read the next one about Trace.
"wow"
good story, different from anything I had thought. It also had some sizzle. Definitely an adult book. The subject of human trafficking is disturbing, but so glad the good guys win.
Had never listened to any other books like this one. just liked the author, so thought I would try a new one of hers.
the narrator never wavered even though some of the scenes were very hot.
"Unimpressed"
I have read a lot of reviews of the narrator of this novel, and some people find him wonderful. I find him to be passable. Of course, I wasn't impressed with the story line of the novel, so his ability to turn it into something special may be due to the lack of material. I found the story predictable and barely worth my time to finish.
"Looking for More"
It was easy to listen to and there was enough action to enjoy again.
Has to be the final part when you don't know what will happen to Chris, Molly and the "girls".
He is my favorite and I check the narrators carefully after one or two disappointments.
Dare to Trust Your Heart
Enjoyed this book based around a few similar characters and I'm watching for more with Jim Frangione's narrating!
"It was sexy and entertaining!"
Yes, I would definitely recommend this book.
All Lori Foster are similar, not a bad thing. There are nice and enjoyable to read or listen to.
The passion he put into every character.
There was not a place in the book that moved me, but it made me giggled several times. With the busyness of everyday and the many responsibilities, I rather get a giggle than a touchy moment.
I cannot wait for my next book.
"I love the way it makes you use your imagination."
Great book little different than Nora R. but good content. Listening to 2nd book now the story line is good has to do with human trafficing.
"Draws you in."
Story started a bit slowly, then the storyline built. Initially, I almost stopped listening as it was a bit cheesy. :)
I became involved in the characters and really looked forward to listening to each chapter.
Great character details and romance.
Truthfully, not a fan of the narration. I didn't feel he was involved in the story at all at times.
Should have been read by a woman.
At times, I laughed out loud at "extreme masculinity."
"when you dare"
yes.. It is a good and interesting book ..
Dare
he is a very good narrator makes you feel a part of the people involved
yes... both laugh and cry
I really like the way I can get my books...
