"Still gets better"
Any additional comments?I love this series...I've read them all, and am now listening to them from the beginning. They are good now, but they get even better. If you like Ranger now, just wait.

"Great Listen"
What did you love best about Two for the Dough?Another good Stephanie Plum story. I like the humor Janet Evanovish puts in her books. Keeps you entertained for sure.
What other book might you compare Two for the Dough to and why?One for the Money...
What does C. J. Critt bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?She does a good job of changing her voice to accomidate the character changes. Plus she seems to have a real boston accent which is helpful since the story is based in that area.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?I need a friend like Rex

"Funny and Entertaining as ever!"
This is the third book from this author that i've listened to ... and my goal to to listen to all of them! Very entertaining in writing and the narrative makes it even more fun to listen to!

Basically I am a 40+ y/o young at heart woman rediscovering the wonderful world of books and am now addicted! Lol I LOVE AUDIBLE!!!!!

"Better than book 1!"
If you could sum up Two for the Dough in three words, what would they be?Hysterical, entertaining, good!
What was one of the most memorable moments of Two for the Dough?Grandma Mazur with her 45!
What about C. J. Critt’s performance did you like?she is funny with her Jersey accent....she is a good narrator!
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?yep...would have if I could have....
Any additional comments?I like this series....I hope it goes on sale again soon...it is not my genre, but Stephanie Plum is a great MC!

"I could have just listened to the 1st one again"
Ok...this is mildly funny. I can not deal with more of the same. How many books can I listen to the same story with different players. The books are almost entertaining but I expect a new story and this was more of the same and I can not imagine that the next would suddenly shock me with a great new plot. Ms. Plum in a great character and the concept is sound but changing some details and characters does not make the series worth the listen.

"More Enjoyable than Book One!"
Would you listen to Two for the Dough again? Why?I am attracted to stories with lots of humor. This series is satisfying my "giggle quotient" quite nicely!
What did you like best about this story?Stephanie is improving as a bounty hunter, but still has a long way to go. She knows just enough to really dangerous - in the most hilarious ways. I also love her family and they are key players in this story, which I appreciated.
What does C. J. Critt bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?Ms. Critt reads the story very seriously, which makes the humor even more enjoyable. I am used to the Jersey accent now and hardly noticed it at all. (Sorry, not a fan of Jersey accents. Just so you know, I have a midwestern accent and I know that isn't universally loved either, so I hope no one take offense at this comment, because there is no offense intended - just a matter of taste.)
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?Yes, I laughed throughout this book even more than I did book one. Thanks for the enjoyable listen!
Any additional comments?I love Stephanie's family and how "real" this family unit appears to be. I want to be adopted by Grandma Mazur - she steals the show in this book. It is nice to see how much Stephanie loves her Grandma, apricot hair and all! (PS - I think Stephanie gets her style from Grandma Mazur - LOL!)

"Maybe you've got to be from N.J."
Is there anything you would change about this book?Friends suggested this series (I bought the 1st 3) as comparable to Marian Keyes work...it is not. A little Stephanie Plum goes a long way.
Would you be willing to try another book from Janet Evanovich? Why or why not?I have one more to go

"Good audio book"
Would you consider the audio edition of Two for the Dough to be better than the print version?This was my first audio book with my new Kindle and I loved it. Loved C. J. Critts narration of it. She does such a good job with the voice changes of all the characters. The story was very good.

"Just could not get into it"
What disappointed you about Two for the Dough?It seemed to progress incredibly slowly and I just couldn't get past the dated 80's feel.
