How did the narrator detract from the book?For at least the first 15 minutes they don't talk about Molecular gastronomy ( 53 minutes book)

Any additional comments?music in between speech are a waist of time. It looks like a radio tape where other speakers talk about other subject. I had to jump to other parts of the tape to find out if the other parts were better but no. I wasn't satisfied so I gave up.
