The Principle of the Path: How To Get from Where You Are to Where You Want to Be

This book is a great practical success book for Christians. I like Pastor Stanley's statement that it's your direction, not your intention, that determines your destination. It's not what you want to do or plan to do - it's the little habits you indulge in every day - that will eventually lead you to your final destination. Great truth that will set you free to achieve the best in your life.

Every 18 year old, even mature 16 - 17 year old person and older should read this book. The teachings in this book change your overall thinking about everything. The fact that the path you choose leads to where it leads no matter what you think about it, where you come from or who you are is so needed today. That path; financial path, parenting path, spiritual path or any other way (path) you choose leads to where it leads to is a principle. Really, and Mr. Stanley says it a few times, this principle is obvious but I can't think of a better time to remind us of this fact.

If you are looking for a practical, no-nonsense, Christian perspective to getting your life on the right track???this is an excellent read/listen. I???ve heard Andy Stanly many times (via podcast) and although the author does not read it, the narrator does a good job in keeping similar nuances. Very few non-fiction books have captured my attention to listen multiple times; I am on my 3rd time through this book.

Great for young adults or a book club.
