Sweet Southern Nights continues the Eaton family saga, which finds Dr. Levi Eaton far from his Northern roots, volunteering at a Kentucky clinic. There he meets Angela Chase, whose sultry Southern hospitality is just what the doctor ordered. But as their relationship deepens, Angela worries Levi may discover the secrets she’s been hiding.

"Okay story"
The overall story was good, a typical love story; boy meets girl, girl likes boy etc. However, I could not get a grasp on the main characters because they "flip flopped" so much during the story. Additionally, the narrator's tone and voice for the main male character caused him to seem cold and harsh. The story line seemed a little rushed and far fetched at the end, which was in contrast to the slow story line throughout the book.
"Good Story Horrid Performance"
Yes, I love her writing. She is incredibly imaginative, usually. This book was not a complete flop, but it could have been better. Maybe I was just frustrated by the reader.
NO! He was dry, emotionless, and made me want to stop listening after the first 3 minutes.
"Sweet Southern Nights"
I am a fan of Rochelle Alers and the Eaton family and was not disappointed with Levi's story. Corey's reading of this book could have been better but overall, this book was great!
