"Stories of Corrie's Evangelical Journey"
I selected this book thinking I would learn about Corrie ten Boom's time in a Nazi concentration camp and forgiveness. It was more about the years after the camp when she started traveling to spread the gospel. This book was her second book, written in 1953 when she was in her late 50s. "The Hiding Place" was written 18 years after that. Amazing woman, but not what I was looking for.
As always, Nadia May is wonderful. I must admit she was part of the reason why I decided to give this book, which is a very different read for me a try.1 of 1 people found this review helpful -
"It was encouging and worth listening to."
Any additional comments?Just finished listening to the book Amazing Love by Corrie ten Boom. After her release from the Concentration camp, Corrie traveled around the world, proclaiming the Gospel. This book talks of 27 encounters she had after the war. Her faith in God puts us to shame. Although I do not agree with all the book (not KJV) it did have a lot of meat. Some of the topics was forgiveness, spiritual pride, the love of God; faith in God; etc. It was very encouraging and worth the listen (2hours & 31 min.) .
