    "2 hours of worthless chatter"
    What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

    Accurate insightful information on protecting oneself from bubble. Note we did have major real estate crash since this CD in 2006, much greater than the "15% over 5 years" the authors state will likely not happen. They have no good basis for their opinions and actually recommend the Phoenix and Vegas markets. The exact opposite type investing than title implies.


    What was most disappointing about the authors’s story?

    How they were wrong in how to avoid a bubble.


    What didn’t you like about the narrators’s performance?

    Chatter like listening to Cartalk on public radio.
