This audio has a great selection of quick meditations that last between 5-10 mins each great for the end of day or lunch hour ...for those times when you need to chill out and relax for a few min to get you back in sync with your spirit... however, I have used it to help me sleep as well...it's not as good as her Tools for Life audio book to help you sleep because at the end of each meditation she slowly brings you back out but it does the job to help start the relaxation process so you can get some sleep ...hope this review helps
