Publisher's Summary

This book challenges Christian leaders to engage in the messy art of creating the right culture to reach our postmodern, post-Christian society. Through real stories of God's perfect work in the lives of imperfect people, you will experience the power of an authentic church community and learn how to deconstruct barriers and bring hope and healing to America¿s most unchurched generation.

    "No Perfect People Allowed"

When I first started reading this book, I knew it was going to be an uncomfortable read. But I am glad I kept with it. I learned so much about myself and what God's purpose for Christians is; love Him and each other. The 'loving each other' part was challenged in this book.

If I could rate it a 10 I would; I see this as a must read for all mature Christians.

    "Taking church to the people"

The author has done a good job evaluating where the church should be. It must adapt with culture and meet the people where they are at. Jesus worked with the people in just the same way. Churches have got to lay down their tribe banner and instead of trying to get the people to come to their church they must take the church to the people. Meet them where they are at.
