Flow Alignment by Tim Maples is a 60 minute guided vinyasa flow yoga class that has a focus on correct alignment. The class is suitable for those with some experience and a knowledge of basic yoga postures. Throughout the class the Ujjayi breath is used to link the included postures together.
The class uses clear, easy to follow expert tuition devised and recorded by Tim Maplesin the Wellbeing World sound studio. Tim is an amazing teacher with over 35 years of yoga teaching experience.
The Flow Alignment class is accompanied by a free PDF visual reference guide bookletthat provides a photograph of each of the included postures.
