"Great book, too many stories"
Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?Yes. I'm currently in my first management position and have historically been a stellar worker with excellent technical knowledge. My low-level management experience has made me aware that I need to improve in the areas of leadership and management.
This book includes principles and stories that are applicable and analogous to leadership opportunities in my profession and in my personal life.
What was your reaction to the ending? (No spoilers please!)The ending was simply the end. There were some strong points in the middle of the book. I don't think the ending of the book stood out. It was kind-of boring.
Have you listened to any of the narrators’s other performances before? How does this one compare?I haven't listened to these narrators before, but I enjoyed it.
Was The Leadership Challenge worth the listening time?Yes. I think that it was a huge help to me and would be a great must-read book for existing managers.
Any additional comments?Personally, I approach stories with a strong skepticism. Leadership books tend to be heavy too on the narratives. This book has that same trait.

"Brlliant theory, avarage audiobook!"
What was most disappointing about Barry Z. Posner and James M. Kouzes ’s story?A bit too long, some editional stuff would be required to make the book work as audio book!
Any additional comments?Every leaders should adapt these 5 leadership practices!

What did you like best about this story?Many examples of people in leadership and their initiatives to change problems to solutions.
Which scene was your favorite?The one legged man who climbed a mountain..."one hop at a time".
If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?The LEADER IN YOU.
Any additional comments?Its a long book even in audio but it is worth reading even slowly to consume all of the stories.
