Helping the other O'Malleys through the crisis is taking everything Rachel has to give. When a school shooting rips through her community, she must lean hard against God to find the strength to help the children. For there is more than just sorrow confronting her, there's a secret. One of the students was there. One of them witnessed the shooting. And the murder weapon is still missing.

"A series to remember..."
The whole series is fantastic...The Negotiator, The Guardian, The Truth Seeker,
The protector, The Healer and finally The Rescuer....enjoyable, easily read and full of
love and inspiration... YOu will enjoy this series...
Hats off to Dee Henderson...wish she had more books written about this family...
"A beautiful ending"
The Healer does a beautiful job of wrapping up the story of the O'Malley family. Even so, how about one more book book, Dee? Tell us about the second generation of O'Malleys.
"Predictable but enjoyable"
I enjoyed the Family in the book, they are not family by blood but family by love and looking out for each other. All of their togetherness seems far fetched but nice in theory. The overall story was predictable yet still enjoyable to read. There were moments of tears and moments of joy. Moments of Trust in God and moments of frustration with Gods plan. A reminder that we cannot choose when our loved ones leave this earth but we can feel peace that they are in the arms of a loving God when they do.
"Makes me laugh, makes me cry"
Yes, I've read this entire series a few different times. It's a wonderful story of family & faith
"LOVE, LOVE Dee Henderson"
I love this series from Dee Henderson. She as a way of telling a story that is real, exciting and some of the best love stories without making them graphic sex stories. The Healer is one of the best in bringing family together to help deal with the hurt and loss of a loved one. Wish there were more Dee Henderson's books (I've read all of them, and actually this is the second time I bought this one, opps).
"Dee & Tom does it again!"
Wonderful story, with twists and turns and spiritual growth.
Danger in the Shadows, also one of my favorites of Dee Henderson.
Cole, easily my favorite, I liked the smokey voice, thought it fit the firefighter experience.
Laughed, cried, jumped up and down!
"Loved it"
I really loved listening to this book & my husband even enjoyed it too. We need more of Dee Henderson's books on Audible!!
"boring and wet"
Boring, boring, boring. Wet, wet, wet. Made worse by the narrator's attempts at women's voices especially the sick, tired or sympathetic ones (of which there are far too many). I don't know how I made the mistake of picking this book, thinking it was a novel.
