Publisher's Summary

In 1976, a mysterious "Inner Voice" spoke to Helen Schucman, dictating what would come to be known as A Course in Miracles - a spiritual classic that would go on to sell over two million copies and influence countless people worldwide. Those who study this 1,333-page course can struggle for years to progress through its resonant but often difficult-to-comprehend truths. Jon Mundy, who knew ACIM's founders, uses passages from the text to illuminate its teachings on subjects ranging from the self and forgiveness to health and the afterlife. His lively storytelling and in-depth knowledge will help listeners embrace the wisdom of this timeless text in their daily lives.

"Interesting perspective on the Course in Miracles"
Would you consider the audio edition of Living a Course in Miracles to be better than the print version?

I have not read the print version.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Living a Course in Miracles?

Overall, the entire book covered a lot of topics I personally was interested in about the Course in Miracles. It is definitely something to listen to a few times in order to really take all of the information.

    Any additional comments?

Get this book if you have ever been interested in the Course. It will help set you up for your own discovery of the course.

"Live YOUR Life with Intention and Purpose"
What made the experience of listening to Living a Course in Miracles the most enjoyable?

Jon Mundy, really puts the Course of Miracles in a working mantra for everyone. I am truly convinced that if this mode was taught in the public school systems in the U.S., that we would have a much better country to live in....A Course in Miracles should be mandatory at all educational institutions.

What did you like best about this story?

The story behind the story....the examples which helped clarify his statements and the course of miracles.

Have you listened to any of Jon Mundy Ph.D.’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

    No.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The entire series was great. I would love to hear more of his text in audible.

    Any additional comments?

Audible.com is perhaps my 2013 greatest adoption of ways to get information. Thank you for the series of books that you have published.

    "Worth the credit...(on content alone)"

Most books further describing 'A Course in Miracles' are worth listening to and this one is no exception. It is very obvious that Jon is knowledgeable on his material and a great student of the Course. He clarified many questions I had and raised some more which makes me want to study more. Good teaching!

The content is awesome and VERY thought provoking, and I stress these two things heavily, however the narration made for a struggle to complete the book. I would love to hear it again but don't think I could do it unless someone else did the reading. (Be sure to listen to the sample to see if you could take several hours of it.)

"An excellent introduction to The Course"

In my opinion, this rivals Marianne Williamson's books as an excellent introduction to the Course's teachings. It's one of the few audiobooks I listen to repeatedly. I'll often just pick a chapter at random to listen to as I'm running errands through the week. It's amazing that, no matter which chapter I pick, I always hear something I missed before or I'm able to use in a new way. It's a purchase you won't regret!!
