"My first David Morrell"
I found the book difficult to listen to.The narrator did not hold my attention, I found it very easy to wonder off and start thinking about other things while listening. Overall it was quite enjoyable though.
"Convoluted . . but interesting listen!"
Vintage Morrell, good character development . . . stong personalities that come alive and plenty of unbelieveable but entertaining action
"Entertaining...for the most part"
Good story line, held my interest however the primarily entertaining plot with fairly engaging twists & turns is peppered with sophmoric and sometimes downright silly lines. The ending was so over-the-top with boy loves girl perfection it was ridiculous.
The narration could have been better but it didn't add or detract from the book.
Not sure that I would try another book by this author.
