Hayley Phillips came to Memphis hoping for a new start, for herself and her unborn child. She wasn't looking for a handout from her distant cousin Roz, just a job at her thriving In the Garden nursery.
What she found was a home surrounded by beauty and the best friends she's ever had - including Roz's son Harper. To Hayley's delight, her new daughter Lily has really taken to him. But to Hayley's chagrin, she has begun to dream about Harper - as much more than a friend.
If Hayley gives in to her desire, she's afraid the foundation she's built with Harper will come tumbling down. Especially since she's begun to suspect that her feelings are no longer completely her own.
Flashes of the past and erratic behavior make Hayley believe that the Harper Bride has found a way inside of her mind and body. It's time to put the Bride to rest once and for all, so Hayley can know her own heart again - and whether she's willing to risk it...

"Great Listen!"
First of all I read the book years ago and loved it. Of the three this one is the best. The narrator is excellent (great southern accent.) Credit worthy listen!
"In suspence to the end`"
What a twist.
All through the book you think you know what the end will be yet it catches you totally by suprise!
WOW!
I read so I can write
"Fantastic Finish"
Nora Roberts never disappoints. She has wound a mysterious ghost story through three novels about some interesting and enjoyable characters. Hayley is the kind of girl you gotta root for and when the ghost abuses her it builds the suspense. Great ending.
Ms Breck does a great job throughout all three books.
"Great Series"
Romance part predictable. The story itself kept you listening. Enjoyed the series, Nora always does a great job. Most are so predictable its hard to listen to after second book, not the case with this one. I only reviewed last book since it was a series. No regrets on purchase, buy it you wont be sorry.
"Profound exploration of woman character"
The way characters are pictured is a sign of deep penetrating into the human nature. Besides, the narrator is a real enjoyment!

"So Sad this is the LAST book - I love it!"
There is nothing better than a story you don't want to put down. This Garden Series in my opinion is the best of the Nora Roberts' series I've listen to thus far.
She perfectly mixes the characters in like the best mix of salt and pepper on creamed corn. You learn about each character and listen to each of their lives develop before you, watch relationships grow - all while being addicted to learning, like the character do, more about this "family ghost."
I was absolutely sad to be at the end of the series and honestly felt a pain in my heart.
All characters come full circle and the story is completely unveiled and you learn more by hearing the characters visit neighbors who had stories from their own ancestors passed down.
It's just perfect...absolutely perfect and the voice over artist speaks in different tons and conversational and not slow - she speaks at a faster pace and I loved it.
"Loved this book!"
Great read, kept me glued to this book, very exciting. I would like more of this series.

"One of Nora roberts excellent older books."
Yes. Excellent story and characters-one of her best trilogies.
All good.
All of them.
No-just enjoyed hearing it again after 10 years.
"Fantastic!"
I laughed and I cried! I fell in love with all the characters in this series.
