"Like visiting an old friend"
Rumpole is my most favorite non-conformist. He never takes himself or his colleagues too seriously. Rumpole's sense of humor is high-browed yet universal so anytime I get a chance to hear one of his cases, I take it.

"Rumpole at His Finest"
What made the experience of listening to The Anti-Social Behaviour of Horace Rumpole the most enjoyable?I have been a longtime Rumpole fan. Loved the idea of "she who must be obeyed" becoming a barrister.
