Tesla Martin is drifting pleasantly through life, slinging lattes at Morningstar Mocha, enjoying the ebb and flow of caffeine-starved customers, devoted to her cadre of regulars. But none of the bottomless-cup crowd compares with Meredith, a charismatic force of nature who can coax intimate tales from even the shyest of Morningstar’s clientele.
Caught in Meredith’s sensual, irresistible orbit, inexpressibly flattered by the siren’s attention, Tesla shares long-buried chapters of her life, holding nothing back. Nothing Meredith proposes seems impossible - not even Tesla sleeping with Meredith’s husband, Charlie, while she looks on. After all, it’s all in fun, isn’t it?
In a heartbeat, vulnerable Tesla is swept into a spectacular love triangle. Together, gentle, grounded Charlie and sparkling, maddening Meredith are everything Tesla has ever needed, wanted or dreamed of, even if no one else on earth understands. They’re three against the world.
But soon one of the vertices begins pulling away until only two points remain - and the space between them gapes with confusion, with grief and with possibility.

"Classic Megan Hart"
The story line captured you from the first words you hear until the last.
The pace of the story was excellent with just enough of the main character back ground to under stand why she wants the things she wants.
I loved the voice of the narrator.I felt more connected to the characters through her voice.
The second to last chapter when the main character chooses her self over begging for what she really wants.
This was one of the best books I've listen to in a long time. It is one of the reason Megan Hart is one of my favorite authors. Her books are always written in a way to make you really think how you would react if you ever found your self in the situations her characters find themselves in.
"Never a Disappointment"
Sexual. Erotic. Deep. And the narration was on point. What more can I say? Buy it!
Say something about yourself!
"This was a little odd for me"
No, I have loved all of Megan Harts books I have in my library thus far. This one was a little odd to me. There is a woman that works at a coffee shop and a woman that basically lives in the coffee shop. She takes her home to make her apart of her marriage and then she almost disappears.
"Modern, sexy Cinderella story"
The kind of story that could be true. It follows the upbeat Tessla through real life situations. Talented narration is easy to listen to.
Tessla. Because she has a life filled with heart break but she powers through. She finally realizes who her family truly is by the power of love.
It's hard to choose a favorite scene.
When she tucked the child in bed upon her return after a lengthy absence
Unexpected ending
"Another Great One by Megan Hart"
I love this author! I only discovered her about two months ago and this was my 7th book that I have listened to by her...she has great character development and new and different story lines in each book that unfolds beautiful love stories. I also love how her characters from each book show up again in the other books...all of her stories take place in PA and main characters from other books pop up as side characters in future books. For instance, in this one Johhny D. shows up from Collide and Sadie and Joe show up from Broken. It just seems to weave a storyline through all of the books.
I love Tesla in this book - very sure of herself...I also love Charlie. Very romantic, sexy and honest. And...another great narrator for Megan Hart - wonderful voices.
I recommend this book. Another review said this was a very similar storyline to Tempted...aside from there being 3 people involved in the love story...I don't think anything else was similar...so don't let that deter you from reading it.
"loved it!"
Not sure, never read in print
Was a sexy story with a really good plot.
N/a
A sensual story that will keep you wondering what is going to happen next
"Really liked this, however I skipped the prologe.."
...because it felt like it was giving the story away. After listening to the book, I'm glad I did skip it because I'd have listened differently (like seeing a movie before reading the book).
It was a great Megan Hart story...characters had depth and feeling along with great sex descriptions. (Graphic-not for your 'everyday' romance reader).
Cannot give a best without giving anything away so I'll go with the opposite-I did not like how Tesla was treated yet she put herself in the positions (figuratively).
Great job-each character had their own voice, including the children which can be hard to do.
Yes and I almost did...just stopped for a few hours of sleep! The closer to the end the more suspenseful and interesting it got!
Graphic portrayal of M/F sex as well as F/F (not a fan) and menage tois F/F/M.
I Love Audiobooks & Great Narrators!!!
"Really Liked This One!"
If you are a Megan Hart fan, You will like this book. It's Hot, Sexy and Emotional all in one. I liked the narrator. I would recommend this one!
"I like. I like."
Yes. The narrator was good, the story was good, and the sex scenes weren't too exaggerated.
Meredith's character was really good.
No.
Neither but I felt bad at the end, but not enough to cry.
The story was very close to the other Sylvia Day book where the husband invites his childhood friend into the marriage. Very close.
"Didn't really enjoy this one!"
Usually I have enjoyed Megan Hart books but this one just didn't keep me very interested. Charlie wasn't much of a manly man -- he just went along to keep the peace for much of the book. I'm glad we lost Meredith by the end. She was a little to on again/off again for me.
Usually I am very emotional attached to her characters but I didn't get that with this book. But I'll keep listening to Megan's work.
