Any additional comments?Does anyone know how to access the appendices of this book? When I purchase a book, expect to be able to have access to ALL of the book, especially when the author refers to the appendix many times throughout... maybe web access somewhere?

"Entertainment and Education at the highest level!"
Any additional comments?Okay, I started my business in my early twenties because I knew that I would, and want to become financially free. Totally financially free! I have read books, took classes, went to seminars-did everything to pursuit this expectation.
I am in my early thirties now and I am expecting my goals to come to fruition in 2013. This book by Mr. Kohler is amazing! I enjoy listening to books where you can hear the author read their materials just the way that they would want their words to come across, and Mr. Kohler did just that.
You hear his passion, his sarcasm, his jokes-everything in this audio book that makes his message come to life. As a midsize business owner now I can tell you that Mr. Kohler hit the nail on the head when he mentions that "bookkeeping/record keeping" is one of the major challenges that small businesses face and overcome. I am rigorously perfecting this science.
Small business owners who figure this out early are on their way to financial success. This book is of great value to anyone starting a business.
