The details of the crime scene are no coincidence. The body — a promising starlet — has been battered, bloodied and then discarded between two of Manhattan’s oldest graveyards. One look and Detective Jude Crosby recognizes the tableau: a re-creation of Jack the Ripper’s gruesome work. But he also sees something beyond the actions of a mere copycat. Something more dangerous...and unexplainable. As the city seethes with suspicion, Jude calls on Whitney Tremont, a member of the country’s preeminent paranormal investigating team, to put the speculation to rest. Yet when Whitney and Jude delve deeper, what they discover is more shocking than either could have predicted, and twice as sinister....

"Enjoyable"
Enjoyable but not rivitting. A look into the past and an insight into the crimes of Jack the Ripper
"Good storyline"
The storyline
Somewhat
He is a good narrator
No
I love Heather Graham's storyline about the Krewe of Hunters and the paranormal they investigate, but for me, there is too much he said, she said. I listened to other audiobooks and the narrator is able to distinguish the characters by changing his/her voice. It's okay sometimes, but seems like every sentence/paragraph is that way.
"this will keep you going"
right @ the top. you can sometimes work out the "who dune it".. not this time!!
any one out there...a real good twist to it...
he keeps you on the end of your sofa.. xecelent job!!
not so much the cry or laughing but sure sucked my breath in more than once...
I love the "who dune it" books .. this was a good one.. promise you wont be sorry ... you will never figure it out... go for it..have fun..
Love audiobooks. Mystery and suspense novels are the ones I enjoy the most.
"Awsome Book"
A Jack the Ripper remake for the modern day. It was a great audiobook. The narrator made you feel as though you were right there. It kept you guessing right to the end. Definitely recommend this book.

"It's confused. A ghost story? Mystery? Romance?"
Man this one really starts out strong and with promise; then it loses it's way, going from a strong premise of a new wicked genius serial killer to a low budget ghost buster meets the hot quiet hero from a romance novel, then it completely goes off the rails when the ending is so predictable and cheap it made me want to take the author back to the beginning and point at her story line then force her to tie up the loose ends! What starts as a great mystery thriller about catching a copy cat serial killer the ending could have been so much more, I was really sleepy when it finished. One thing though, this Narrator was great and I'll add him to my list voices I prefer to hear.
They are Rene Auberjonois, Marc Vietor, now Luke Daniels
