Escape the enemy's deadly trap! The Bait of Satan exposes one of the most deceptive snares Satan uses to get believers out of the will of God - offense. Most people who are ensnared by the bait of Satan don’t even realize it. Don’t be fooled! You will encounter offense, and it’s up to you how it will affect your relationship with God. Your response will determine your future. If offense is handled correctly, you will become stronger rather than bitter. In this tenth anniversary edition of his best-selling book, John Bevere shows you how to stay free from offense and escape the victim mentality. With more than 400,000 copies in print, this audio book includes testimonials of transformed people who have read the original book and a devotional supplement, featuring discussion questions, scriptures, and prayers. You will find answers to tough questions like these: Why am I compelled to tell “my side” of the story? How can I fight thoughts of suspicion or distrust? What can I do to stop rehearsing past hurts? How can I regain trust after someone deeply offends me? This audio book will help you escape the enemy’s “offensive trap” as well as empower you to stay free of offense, enabling you to have an unhindered relationship with God.

"Forgiveness is the KEY"
This book was referred to me by a friend. Actually she said to be sure to get the hard copy because the book is so full of scripture you will want to look everything up the second go around.
Yea yea-- All I seem to have time for now a days is to listen. Get it!!!!!!!!!! There is so much information on forgiveness in this book. I struggle with forgiveness period!!! I guess when I forgave I wasn't truly in my heart letting it go, if I even forgave at all. I harbored grudges and lots of anger towards those that hurt or offended me. This book showed my how NOT to do that any longer. I am now working in the right direction in being able to forgive with an open and loving heart thru God, to truly cast my burdens on Him and FORGIVE and ASK for forgiveness!!! Forgiveness helps us to grow into the people that God really wants us to become. Loving, caring, full of kindness towards others and showing honor to Him.
Any place that you are at in your life, this book will show you so much more of Gods love and understanding. God's hand will be on you as you go thru this book and He will rain down His blessings when you finally receive the true understanding of forgiveness.
Get this book. Take the time to ask God to open your heart and to feel His presence while you are listening and He will guide you. You will see and feel the change.
In God's love and forgiveness,

When it made me realise how I fell into Satan's trap!
I am a mother of 4 and grandmother of 9! I love to read! My passion is for ministry to women who are hurting and broken. I love to speak to ladies groups and teach bible study! Karen Kingsbury and John Eldredge are my favorite authors!

"Excellent book, do yourself a favor and get it."
If you are a Christian struggling in any area of you life, and you are having a hard time putting your finger on the problem (or maybe you know) read/listen to this book. It was a true gift of the Spirit. I listened to the whole of the book while on a long drive and was convicted, edified, taught and blown away! I will be buying a copy to read and reread often.

"Wonderful"
Total Christian Experience
Well, there is only character in that the author is the reader and he speaks on the challenges of a Christian walk. He illustrates several experiences from unforgiveness to various sins we all face in our walk and gives testimonials to offset each one as to how God advenged the very elect dispite the bait of Satan...
This is my first listen for John Bevere and he does well to me
Yes, however I did have to stop in intervals to insure I was fully absorbing different sections
"Fantastic book"
This is the kind of book that you might buy for someone else and then find that you needed it most!
Probably hearing that Jesus said many things that would be considered offensive as He spoke the truth in love. He didn't always say what people wanted to hear, but what they needed. Not that I want to encourage offense, but the avoidance of conflict is not always the most ultimately loving thing.
There were many great illustrative stories.
Can't recall right now.
"Life Changing!!"
Yes. This is life changing information that can have a significant impact on your reletionships.
"Every Christian should read this book!!"
They are both great
Insight into how damaging and common offense is in the church
The freedom spiritually when we deal with offense in our lives
John Bevere is an excellent author and authentic Christian who has wonderful truth to share
