Maggie never expected her employer to be drop-dead handsome, but she's too intrigued by his offer to say no...and too eager to escape a life that made her feel trapped. The deal is strictly business, both agree, until Hank turns out to be every fantasy she ever had.

"Elementary school narration"
This audiobook may have been less torture if the narrator would have read to an adult audience. It was so so slow. She may do better reading to young elementary school children. Her characterization was annoying... I do not recommend this audiobook.
"So-So"
The narrator was hard to listen to. The story line was okay but not exciting. If you want a bit of fluff with not much thought to be given to a story line, this will serve that purpose. Again, the narrator was the biggest obstacle. I was glad when I finished this one.
I have an addiction to Audio books. What I can't get at the library, I come to Audible and they are always having a sale. I have way more audiobooks than I could possible listen to in over 3 years, but I can't help but adding to my collection and I read a little of everything but mostly romance and paranormal goodies.
"Janet at it again."
I enjoy Janet Evanovich stories Immensely but she does have one hang up with her older romances. They always start out funny and then the main characters acts like dunderheads at the end of the story, then quickly gets fine and boom, happily ever after.
"Not one of her best"
thank God this was quick and painless. This must have been one of her earlier works as it read like it was written by a high schooler.
"Early Janet Evanovich - worth a read"
I really like all the other books by Janet Evanovich that were re-released. This one wasn't my favorite - the characters weren't as strong as some.... would highly recommend Smitten!
"WIFE FOR HIRE"
I LOVED THIS BOOK, IT IS A BOOK YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE YOUR LIFE.
"Very Very Very Good"
I love all of Janet Evanovich's audio books. She can't write them fast enough.
"Fun read"
I really enjoyed listening to this book - it was fun and enjoyable
"Great book!"
Not my favorite writer, but definatley amoung my top 5!
