Conversations with God Book 3: An Uncommon Dialogue

The best of the series, although some of it might be hard to wrap your head around. The format is done very nicely as it is the form of question and answer, as book 2 was made.

Certainly those with a dogmatic approach to god might have some trouble with it as it constantly challenges the classic ideas of what god really is.

I would love however to find out more about this lost advanced civilization. Its mentioned but they don't go much in depth into it.

I love this book and the audio really brings it to life. It's worth many times the price - it teaches you how to think and how to be happy.

I had been going through a tough year and very stressful experiences. This audio has really made me feel good about myself and life in general.

I believe that this last installment of Conversations With God wraps up the trilogy beautifully. It continues to go into depth and build on what has been talked about in the previous installments. This book is not your normal run of the mill religious book. I would recommend it to others (and I have). However, it is not for people who are very strict in their thinking and beliefs. It really causes you to think about religion, spirituality and life in an abstact and different way. I really enjoyed this series but I know numerous people who would not be open to the thoughts and ideas in this book. Also I don't think you can just read these books once. I foresee myself reading them over and over again to see if there is anymore I can take away from the text. If you are open to new thoughts and ideas about God, spirituality, and life this maybe the book for you, if not I would try to find something else. I could see how some could get annoyed with the authors thoughts, however I think if you take the book as a whole as an idea and take away what you want from it you will enjoy it. It is very thought provoking I loved it!

I have just read part 1 of book 3 and I feel like I have to write a review.Women ruled the Earth, my tribe has a story/myth similar to that. I have to say that some of this information sounds like scifi I haven't been fully convinced but I will keep on reading, some stuff sounds good and real because I feel them too but some just doesn't add up.

I have already listened to CWG3 several times. Asner and Burstyn (both as s/he Deity) give nuanced, subtle reads full of love, humor and insight. Who cares if it's God's writing or Walsch? As is stated over and over again, if it makes sense and helps you lead a better life...who cares?

I refuse to choose - Asner and Burstyn are both remarkable.

The narrators, wonderful actors both, bring an INVESTMENT to the material that doesn't HAMMER it at you...but it obviously deeply felt.

It did better than make me laugh or cry...it made me think. Do I BELIEVE in The Gospel of Neale Donald Walsch chapter and verse? No. But that is exactly the book's message.

This is perhaps the tenth audiobook I have listened to start to finish. It and Book I (perhaps even MORE so in Book I) are FAR AND AWAY the best use of audiobooks I have encountered.

If you have ever had a moment of doubt about yourself (which is probably most of us) read or listen to this book. I keep listening to it over and over. Every time it leaves me inspired, uplifted and a little happier!

Satan isn't real? God gives us all the bad because that is a part of who he is ? We should be allowing children to have sex because that is natural? All of this and more endless fantasies are a part of this mindless drivel of an audio book. I had to stop less than half way through it because it was so ridiculous.

God didn't create evil. Evil and suffering came about when Satan rebelled against God and the choice became made available to follow Satan or God.

This heresy of an audio book is exactly what the writers of the Bible were speaking of that would come about in the end days.
