The End Series by New York Times best-selling author Tim LaHaye and Craig Parshall is an epic thrill ride ripped from today's headlines and filtered through Scriptural prophecy. As world events begin setting the stage for the 'end of days' foretold in Revelation, Joshua Jordan must weigh the personal price he must pay to save the nation he loves. Thunder of Heaven appeals to the tens of millions of readers who have already made Tim LaHaye a household name and one of the best-selling authors of all time. This book is a return to form for Tim LaHaye whose previous prophetic fiction series, Left Behind, has sold roughly 70 million copies. Those who have read Left Behind and are eager for more highly charged fiction based on biblical prophesies will embrace Thunder of Heaven for the same reasons that turned Left Behind into the world's most celebrated publishing phenomenons of the last two decades.

"Great thrill ride :-)"
This was another great book by Tim LaHaye and Craig Parshall. Can't wait to listen to the next book in this Joshua Jordan Series :-)
"Seriously!?!....Two fatal flaws"
This book has two fatal flaws....
The first is lack of originality.
The author already used up characters that were pretty much the same in Left behind.
Raymond=Joshua both are non-believers married to believers and have the same job/pilot
The wives in both books are the strong Christians.
The daughters in both books are Christians dating non-Christians.
Second: I was quite surprised that someone as seemingly rational as Mr. LaHaye would believe and think others would believe that Global Warming is a HOAX!
Can anyone seriously believe that we can pollute the earth NONSTOP without consequences? We should be good stewards of the creation that God as given us.
The one thing I did like in this book was the allegiance created between N.Korea, Russia and Iran. I could see that happening.

"An Entertaining Listen"
With enough action to keep the average guy interested, Thunder of Heaven did a good job of mixing politics, intrigue, and faith into a fun "read." Stefan Rudnicki is a good narrator for this genre, and was, in my opinion, the best part of the book. I look forward to hearing him again in The Brink of Chaos.
"Story had a few slow spots."
Overall story was good, but it had a few slow parts. There is a lot more "god" parts in this book and it is becoming to unbelievable. I think I will listen to his last book when it comes out but I'm in no rush. It will be one of those..."well I can't find anything else types".
Shocked...let's keep it real.
Iran getting nuked!

"Another great book from Mr LaHaye"
From the very beginning you are drawn into the roller coaster ride and you love every minute.
Well it falls in line with all the other LaHaye books they are all great!
I found myself praying throughout the book for the characters, that sounds crazy but its just a testament to the great writing.
"EPIC"
Joshua Jordan of course, he is an old school hero. His tough and gritty persona reminds you of John Wayne with a missile launcher. The story is very well written and captures both the Christian and the cowboy in me. The cast of characters is very rich as well.

Soon to come.
This is a great listen can't wait on the next installment.
"Simply Horrible"
Loved the subject matter and the story, Hated the person reading it. Too deep of a voice, that made it hard to follow. Not a good listening experience. Save your money on the audio version and just buy the paper version and read.
The paper version yes the audio version, NO
