Definitely worth 4 bucks. Mr. Cayce has a soothing voice; I find myself saying to myself " Awe Gee, he sounds like such a nice man". After I listened to it the first time (I didn't wait till night-time. Instead I used it as a mid-afternoon meditation) I felt fantastic! It definitely fostered the retuning of my chakras. I wouldn't be surprised if 4 out of my chakras had been stopped up with all kinds of cosmic debris!
