"Christine Feehan at her best!!"
This is my favorite of the Drake Sisters books, followed by Joley's story. This is another author who creates a world (and town) I would love to live in. Sea Haven is so perfect, where everyone looks out for everyone else and what a great law enforcement team, Jonas and Jackson, WOW!! I love Jonas and Hannah and that Jonas loves her NO MATTER WHAT!! Great love story without being too corny. Alyssa Bresnahan was, in my opinion, the perfect choice for the narrator as well. Thank you Ms. Feehan for bringing us another winner and thank you Audible for having her books!!

"Safe Harbor"
This was a wonderful book, and I am glad that this one finally came out and is sold by Audible! The narrator did an excellent job with emotions, and the voices remain true throughout the series.

"Super story"

Who was your favorite character and why?Hanna, because she was so endearing to me.
Any additional comments?I always love feehan's books, but after i startet with audiobooks, they just became that much better. the reader gives the characters a whole new life for me. i will be buying more thats for sure

"Apperances are on the surface"
Would you consider the audio edition of Safe Harbor to be better than the print version?No, it is not better, but it is just as good. The story is fast pass and exciting; it is violence and loving, but most of all it is about how a family filled with magical women stay together and love each other.
What other book might you compare Safe Harbor to and why?To all the books in the Drake sister novels. Even though each story and sister is different, it is their love of each other, their love of their lovers and their magic that makes this series. Also the community of Sea Haven adds to the stories.
Which character – as performed by Alyssa Bresnahan – was your favorite?Joley is my absolute favorite, she is strong on the outside and soft on the inside, but she won;t back down for anyone. ilia is the perfect match for her.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?Home is where her heart lies.

"Good Romance"
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?I would absolutely recommend this audiobook to a friend (the whole Drake Sisters series as well as Sisters of the Heart series.) In fact, I recommended this series to two friends. One loved them as much as I did and one will begin with book one very soon.
What other book might you compare Safe Harbor to and why?All seven Drake Sisters books are great. Yes, there are seven. They are not numbered clearly. The Twilight Before Christmas is actually book #2.
Have you listened to any of Alyssa Bresnahan’s other performances before? How does this one compare?I read the last book in this series first (Hidden Currents) because it did not say it was the last (7th). It was so good I went back and listened to all the previous books. I'm glad I did because all of this series is fantastic. Alyssa Bresnahan's performance was superb. She made the books come to life. I was glad she narrated all of this series. The Sisters of the Heart series that is related to this series had a different narrator and although I got used to him, Alyssa was by far the best in my opinion.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?I would have loved to listen to the book in one sitting but work gets in the way.
Any additional comments?This series is a wonderful mix of romance and suspense. I just loved the whole series and can't wait until a new book comes out.

What did you like best about this story?I loved the development of the story and the characters ability to cope with adversity
Which scene was your favorite?the putting of a strong, dominating man in his place with no fuss or drama, just listen and ignore. very funny

"Great story"
Would you listen to Safe Harbor again? Why?Yes. Have already listened to it 3 more times
Who was your favorite character and why?JONAS. He is always exasperated and does not seem to have a clue. Then you realize he does know what is going on.
Have you listened to any of Alyssa Bresnahan’s other performances before? How does this one compare?Yes. I really like her. I wish she had done Waterbound. Her voice allows you to get wrapped up in the story.
