"One of our family's favorites"
This book had my kids laughing out loud - which is no surprise since anything by Patrick McManus is funny and entertaining. The narrator does an excellent job, he reads with such feeling and excitement that the stories come to life and you can't help but get caught up in the fun. Lighthearted and enjoyable, this was a nice break from the nonfiction books I usually listen to.

Where does Rubber Legs and White Tail-Hairs rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?I was laughing so hard at work in the service area that I had to turn off my iPod because customers out front thought I had lost my mind! Fun!

"Stupid, but Funny"
Gotta' love McManus for his dumb sense of humor that will still make one laugh. I think his books have more appeal for those who love being out-of-doors, but I am not a fisherman or hunter and still enjoy his books.

"BoooRING!"
Was Rubber Legs and White Tail-Hairs worth the listening time?This may have been entertaining, oh, about 50 years ago. Maybe I'm too young (33) to get it. Maybe it's just lame stories from an old guy that earned about 4 chuckles from the entire audio book.
