"Though her plot twists are somewhat predictable, the veteran romance author doesn't disappoint in her sizzling love scenes and fine sense of place." (Publishers Weekly)
"Oh those sexy Mckettrick men !"
I like the McKettrick series better then the Stone Creek series. I laughed and cried so it was a thumbs up book for me.
Since this is an adult romance (this author has always written adult books not young adult or childrens) it was a great romance. I never let my children watch a movie that was not made specifically for children until I previewed it first so I would never pop in a romance novel made for adults with them listening.
Cant wait to listen to the next book in the series. Thanks Linda Miller for a contemporary romance that is set in the west. I love the historical west books but this is a nice alternative. I loved the first 4 books in the series that were with the original Mckettrick men when the west was just opening up.
"MCKETTRICKS LUCK"
I WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS BOOK,IT WAS VAGUE AND THE MAIN FEMALE CHARACTER BORING.
"Very entertaining book!"
This is a good story, and it holds your interest. Some parts adults only. I'd call it a modern western theme.
"Fun Read"
Fun Welcome Home
I love listening to Christina she is one of my favorite.
Free Spirit.
Another great book by Linda she is so good at showing us what we are reading and not just telling. Always makes me feel like I am part of the story. Can't help but gobble up her books.
"McKettricks Luck"
Really good book however I didn't like the explict sexual scene at about hour 4 1/2. Not good if kids are in the car! Story didn't need it and would have been better left to the imagination.
"Mckettrick's luck"
good story, but no need for the sex scene, linda lael Miller does a good job so why does she need the sex....leave it to the reader's imagenation
