"A Must for Myss Fans"
I almost passed up this gem due to the poor review listed here but as a person who has benefited greatly by Myss's program Sacred Contracts, I found this offering very worthwhile. If you are familiar with the concepts that support archetypal patterns in our lives and if you are even remotely interested in the healing arts, you will enjoy Myss's unique insight into the challenges faced by anyone who practices these arts. I especially appreciated her comments on burnout which I've identified as an ongoing issue for so many of us.

"A MUST for the Energy Healer"
This was required reading/listening for a shamanic class I took and I am sooo glad I "read" it. Caroline Myss, in her inimitable style, lays it out for the energy healers of today. Sound advice, cautions and the occasional yank of the chain are dispensed. I found it VERY enlightening (no pun intended) and plan to get all of her books.

"Invaluable information"
Carolyn Myss excels herself once again - Love her work! Her honesty is brilliant....I recommend for anyone in the healing industry to listen to this....

"Not what I had hoped"
I was hoping this was more about strengthening spiritual healing, but it is geared toward people in the medical profession. Very dry - I couldn't get past the first 25 minutes.

"Essential Guide for Healers"
If you listened to her lecture once you have heard it all. The same stories are cited in this as in Sacred contracts as in Energy Anatomy as in Call to a Symbolic life. It is a shame because I really love her work it is just that all of these go over the same thing and in listening to just the little sample I did not get the clue that it was so much of the same material. I certainly will not buy another of her books (lectures) until she gets some new material

"Way to much I Know from Myss."
What would have made Essential Guide for Healers better?Talked more about the power of love.
What was most disappointing about Caroline Myss’s story?Caroline talks as if she is angry at people who try to heal as they work on there stuff.
Would you be willing to try another one of Caroline Myss’s performances?NO wast of money and time.
Any additional comments?Healing is about an open heart and love. Not this book.
