Publisher's Summary

A work of subtlety and paradox that shows the way to a clean and aesthetic triumph. Sun Tzu insisted that a skilled warrior observes, calculates, outwits, and outmaneuvers an adversary, and in doing so averts the destruction of battle.

    "A Must Read"

I 100% agree with the other reviewers, this book is awesome and is worth reading over and over and over. I found myself listen to this book 4 times in one week. Then I outlined it with pen and paper just so I was sure I didn't miss anything. This book is a guide in dealing with the conflicts we find in our lives... inner-self, environment, inter-personal and organizational. This book has something very valuable for everyone to learn.

Like the other's I'd have given it 5 stars if not for the technical problems. Don't let that scare you off however. They are few and far between.

I love BOOKS and reading, listening is as good when I can't look at the book. I listen every minute driving.

    "very good"

It could be considered a self help book as far as I'm concerned. Very
inlightening. I liked it very much. I know it is a book I will listen
    to often.

The reader was OK but his voice went loud and then soft and a
couple of times it paused and the repeated a sentence or two, weird.
I'm going to download it in enhanced quality and see if it's better.

I would have given it 5 stars but for the technical difficulties

"How could I have failed to read this before?"

I am still trying to understand how I managed to live through the better part of my life, study philosophy as an undergrad, and yet failed to read this book. It's the ultimate guide to strategically managing your entire life, your role as an emperor, you name it. Words cannot describe. The narrator is pretty good, and doesn't distract from the content.

    "Interesting but...."

This was good and I found it interesting as it's still relevant today to anyone who competes... but overall, the narrator's voice to this selection was a little dull, though that could have just been the material that we were dealing with here. Either way, I wouldn't go out of my way to listen to this a second time but then again, I wouldn't go out of my way not to either and if it was on, I would still listen because it is certainly educational.
