"Warm book with many interesting characters"
The many characters in this book may be hard to keep track of at first, but you'll soon know each of them very well. I enjoyed the method in which the author takes you back into the lives of the major characters. The narrator did an excellent job and gave each of the many characters a distinct voice and of course I especially enjoyed the British accents. I didn't want this book to end and it will one that I will enjoy again in a few years.
"The Old House on the Corner"
one of the best books I have read. I would like more from this author.
"This book got me started on Maureen Lee"
Great Story!!
None
Good characterization
All of them
This book was so good that I need to listen to it again - it has been a long time. I recommended it to several people which is something I don't often do. I even gave a couple away for gifts to readers rather than listeners.
