No one understands why Shawn doesn't put his musical gift to profitable use - least of all Brenna O'Toole, a fiercely independent tomboy who has been secretly in love with him for years. But it is only when Shawn gives in to the mysteries of magic that he gets the chance to fulfill his destiny as a man and a musician - as the song in his head keeps time with the beating of a woman's heart.

"Delightful to the core, this novel once again proves that Roberts is a storyteller of immeasurable diversity and talent." (Publishers Weekly)
"With clear-eyed, concise vision and a sure pen, Roberts nails her characters and settings with awesome precision, drawing readers into a vividly rendered world of family-centered warmth and unquestioned magic." (Library Journal)
"Love and Ireland"
I fell in love with Ireland, the Irish and their folklore! Typically Nora Roberts - romantic to the core!
"Good Trilogy"
I love this entire trilogy.I am a fan of Nora Roberts Science Fiction and Fantasy books. Wish she did more of them!
"like the wizard of oz"
lions tigers and bears but in ireland fairies ghost and curses oh my its right over the rainbow I didnt want to come home aunty em
"A lot of fun"
I loved the book - the story really is a sweet love story. The narrator is mostly o.k. but does have her moments of brilliance.
"Tears of the Moon"
I can hardly bare to listen to the narrator, she is so monotone and pauses so much, ug the pausing, it makes me crazy, it's like listening to my eight year old read. I have listened to the first two books in this trilogy but I don't think I will listen to the last one. It's a great story and she does good with the Irish accent but other than that the reading is just terrible! I hope that some of these reviews get to her, I would want to know if I was that bad so I could stop or get better:)
"Longing to see Ireland"
Loved this series. I now want to see the green hills of Ireland. Beautiful romance and excellent narration.
"See men have feelings too"
So often you read a book from a man's point of view and it's wonderful to have this insight!
The two of them make a perfect match and you sometimes want to give them both a shake, but they get there in the end.
This is the type of book that wants to make one visit Ireland and go to a far off town and experience the hospitality and openness for your self!
"Wonderful need to go back to Ireland"
