"Very helpful"
Straightforward, relaxing and very helpful, I love it. There are 3 meditations but I never make it to the 3rd one... I'm always out like a light by 25 minutes in, partially because Rolf Sovik has the most relaxing voice I've ever heard.
"I like this"
Rolf Sovik has the perfect voice for me to relax to. I listen to this daily as a way of refreshing myself, I have even used it to help me sleep.
"Misguided Meditations"
This might be a good book for someone who has never been exposed to any kind of Meditaion or Breathing exercises. If at any point in your life you have practiced any form of these things, save your money. This book put me to sleep but only out of boredom. I would only recommend this book to the most basic novice.
