    "Good material but.."

    The teamwork material presented is good, with a large variety of facts and examples. There is a good amount of detail presented also. The content of this book is good.

    The narrator has something of a William Shatner sound to him with odd inflections on the end of many of his words. While distracting for a business book, I am sure its great in an actual story.

    Team building has become crucial to every industry and there is a definite need for leaders to be able to blend individual talents and personalities into a winning whole.
