McKettrick's Heart

Of all the books I have listen to by LLM, this one is my least favorite. Parts are just to unreal and too many things were not addressed.

It is a one time only story, which I would no recommend to friends, but enjoyed her other books.

The story and narrator both kept me entertained easily. And there is an ongoing, though mild, amount of humor that was quite enjoyable. But I must say--based on the author's description of the chauffeur--she reeeeaaallly must work on her ability to describe people of color. It left a lot to be desired and detracted from a good story.

I liked this Audiobook, as I have enjoyed others in the McKettrick series. They are enthralling and if you listen to them in your car, you won't want to turn it off to get out. The only thing that I didn't like was that the only African American characters in the entire series it seems, are a maid and a chauffeur. We have a come a long way past servitude.

No, but it does bring the characters of the story to life. You get to understand how they are feeling about each other and the challenges they are facing.

I like the trail ride where all the relatives get to know each other and Molly gets to ride her first horse.

When Molly patches up Keegan after he has a fight with his cousins, and tells him to grow up. It seems at this point the characters start to fall in love

The moment that moved me is when Psyche makes believe she change her mind about letting Molly adopt Lucas. She kinda forces Molly and Keegan to marry.

This was a nice conclusion to the series, but I always want more McKettrick.

I highly recommend this series of audiobooks it's a complex family tree but love the characters in these contemporary mckettrick men stories. They are multidimensional.

Keegan McKettrick and Molly Shields, both whom already have children from previous relationships. A quick read and great contemporary western romance.

When the cousins stood by Keagan and voted with him just to show him their support.

I have mixed feelings about this book because there were many times I wanted to shake Keagan he was so rude to Molly. But he would show redeeming qualities when he was so sweet with his daughter and the baby. I found myself feeling really sorry for Molly at the same time wishing I was Molly. I think Keagan's sense of loyalty and responsiblity would make him the best husband of the McKettrick men even though there would be times you wanted to box his ears.

Great Book

to be honest, I had heard this was a good author, but she is nowhere near a Nora Roberts, Lisa Kleypas or Judith McNaught. Only read this if you have nothing better to do and want some romance - but it's really not a well-written love story, side story, or anything! Characters not well-developed, storyline not credible... argh

I love the McKettrick men They are all very strong yet have their own uniquue weakness. I have enjoyed all of the books of the series
