"It is a nice kick on the butt. I recommend it."
This book is a reality check for all the lazy and irresponsible people out there. People have the habit of saying, "I need to MAKE more money," and complain. What they do need is "to EARN more money"! So use your brain and you can be a winner. Unfortunately in life there are "winners" and "loosers" and this book may not be the right choice for "lazy people" because it will hurt their feelings. But if you have a winning attitude who's fallen behind a little in managing your money, this is definetely the right book for you.

"A Shocker!"
When I bought this audiobook, I knew Larry was going to be "in your face", but I like direct people. The exercises in the book were shocking, and they shouldn't have been - what's most important to you? Does your spending follow that list? - I didn't know what I didn't know! If you listen to this book, do the exercises and make necessary changes with the honesty and integrity that Larry comes to this project with - things will get better for you financially. Larry may slap you into the real world, but he is also going to be there to help you deal with your reality check. Thanks Larry!

"Not good at all!!"
If you have read or listened to "Shut up stop whining" (which is GREAT!), then don't bother with this one. He says the same thing over and over and over. He also contradicts himself by saying in the beginning that other speakers tell you to say "I am rich" or whatever, to yourself everyday and it doesn't work, but 55 minutes into this audio book, he says that in school he did this everyday and that's what worked. ????

Would you listen to You're Broke Because You Want to Be again? Why?Yes. This was a great book that speaks the truth. If you get mad while listening to it, it's because he's speaking directly too you.
Have you listened to any of Larry Winget’s other performances before? How does this one compare?no.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?No. I split it up in several different time periods so as to digest it better.
Any additional comments?I'm not broke, actually, I practice a lot of the techniques in this book already. Yet, I still learned from it. You can too.
