"I LOVE LOVE LOVE THE LORDS SERIES"
If you've listened to the other Lords Of The Underworld books then you will know what you are getting - a love story with a twist. This one is about two gods - Atlas and Nike who start off hating each other then there's struggles and a happy ending.
What more do you want from a 1hr 51 minute book!!
"Good Book"
This is a good direction in the series of the Lords of the Underworld. I am really looking forward to the next book and what part these two people play in it. There is also a glimpse into another book, I am looking forward to it also.
"I need more!"
Need more of this couple! This story is to short but soooo good! I hope the other books are such as good!
I used to be an avid reader of Romance novels. I usually preferred the Harlequin & Silhouette series''. I would read several books a day over the summer and several a week during school months. I took a long break as an adult but have gotten back to it this year and am very much enjoying my Audible experience. So far I still really like general Romance but have found a real unexpected joy in Supernatural & Paranormal Romances.
"So much better than the prequel..."
Seriously. I found nothing what-so-ever redeeming in the so called prequel novella for this series. This, however, did have a nice story to it and was a fun listen in and of its self. I'm not sure that added much to the rest of the series, but at least it felt like the same world, same author, etc where the prequel didn't.
I have an addiction to Audio books. What I can't get at the library, I come to Audible and they are always having a sale. I have way more audiobooks than I could possible listen to in over 3 years, but I can't help but adding to my collection and I read a little of everything but mostly romance and paranormal goodies.
"Short, but sweet."
Another hit from Gena Showalter to go along with her LOTU series. Hopefully we will see Nike and Atlas in the remaining series. I like how Gena arcs her stories so that there is a buildup of anticipation for her remaining books in this series. Plus we get to see how the other characters from previous books are faring. Since I like short stories this a good one to add to my collection, but it is advised to read books in order.
Avid reader/listener of romance, action, thrillers, and spy novels.
"Good transitional novella"
It was only two hours filled with some creative parts, so it wasn't a waste of time. I probably won't be listening to it all the time, but it's ok.
It's in the back of the pack. I don't really care about the Titans, but it was a good listen.
a little shaky
Not tick off Kronos, that's for sure.
"Score one for the athletic girls"
In a lot of these books the women are very cookie cutter but Nike isn't perfect. She is bigger and actually has muscles. Most men wouldn't give her a second glance but Atlus thinks she is perfect and she is to him. I love that. He found her beautiful and the things that would make her too manly, made him love her more. For a short story it was entertaining. I am thinking that it will help out in the next book too. There were hints.
Skiing and rock climbing!
"What the heck is this 3.5 stuff"
I just spent a credit on a hour book. Sucks!

"Bad Quality"
This had horrible audio quality. I quit listening after 15 minutes.
"Too Sophmoric"
I've tried listening to this series. 4 books later and I'm done. Just too sophmoric!
