this book puts in prospective what life is all about and how we should live with a purpose. When our Savior returns for us we will surely be prepared if we live life on purpose.

"Religious content vs. Spiritual"
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?NOFor me the wording and references were too Religious. It was heavy on Bible and Jesus quotes. I respect all religions. I am very spiritual but not religious. It was too difficult to get past the religious tone to hear the message.
What could Rick Warren have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?I LOVED his interview with Oprah Winfrey. He kept it to a level open to people of all faiths. I was quite disappointed when I started listening to the book.
Which character – as performed by Rick Warren – was your favorite?It was well presented .... music a bit "hokey" and sentimental
Any additional comments?I LOVE the idea of a purpose driven life and that is my goal in my life. I have great love and appreciation for Rick Warren in the work he does. It would be of great value to present it in a form that would be accepted by a wider scope of people if he just remove the religious references.....but he IS a Preacher (Minister).Thank you!Peace

"Very well reasoned and contagiuos, with big bias"
Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?The preaches are very nicely achived, and very well founded. The narrative and the passion of Rick is contagious. But I didn't like that at certain point of the book, little by little, it hints that the purpose of everyone's life is to live in the church, by the church and for the church. The book doesn't show a way to find your purpose, it tries to convince you that everyone 's purpose is the church.
Did The Purpose Driven Life inspire you to do anything?The book inspires to take action and fix several flaws you may have in your path for a more spiritual christian life.
