"Intriguing yet interesting"
I'm finding this series interesting and I'm waiting to see what happens next with the kids. I believe that this series is not quite as good as the original Left Behind Series. However I'm open to the possibility that it is still relevant to a different audience than those who are read the original series. In this drama the decisions of the kids at times may appear risky and somewhat irrational, such is the behavior young people who are living in a world in which their lives are at risk and have a deep commitment to their faith.
Despite the criticisms of some that this series integrates Bible Prophecy in these books they (the critics) forget that the Left Behind Series is fiction and that the purpose of these books is to entertain as well as inform the "audience" about End Times/Last Days Bible Prophecies from a view that resembles Pre-Millenialist Biblical Theology. There are several schools of belief on the subject of End Times/ Last Days & Bible Prophecy in professed Christiandom and these books present one of those views while attempting to entertain and invite discussion on this subject.
My hope is that many who read any of the books will approach the series with an open mind regardless of what their beliefs and views are. I cannot wait any longer to see what book four brings. I hope audible continues to carry this series.
