    "Love, Love, Love"

I think this book and book #1 are my favorite in this series. I liked this book for many reasons. I like the fact that the characters were likeable and interesting. Another thing that I enjoyed a lot was that the author gave you glimpses on the direction she is going to take the series. Through out the whole story their were hints of possible future book. Which involved my mind even more.

Their were a lot of unanswered question that will be answered in other books in series. If you are not patience to wait for the answers...this might not be the book for you. I don't think this book could be taken as a stand a lone. So I recommend that you start in the beginning.

They are sexy men...(of course there is its Thea Harrison Book). There is a lot Fantasy taken in different point view. ( I have read other books with Djinn and they were never portrayed like this. They are always unfeeling spirit creatures with no forms. Not at all lip biting sexy Kid loving males.)

I also love the female heroine struggles with being Oracle. The author give the character just enough whin but she did not make her a whinier. Some author over do in that area.

I hope you enjoy and agree :)

    "WHAT A GREAT BOOK+SERIES+AUTHOR+NARRATOR"

I'm a bit late in finding this series but soooo glad I am now enjoying it. The review, well it's all been said before by my fellow reviewers but to recap..... Great series, brilliant characters, awesome storyline, nice building romance, written by a maestro in the Science fiction/fantasy genre and to top it off it was narrated by Sophie Eastlake who brings to life characters you both love and hate and empathise or despise,

Worth a credit? Oh YES definitely and I'm looking forward to the next in the series.

    "OMG! NO WAY! Awesomeness!!!"

I actually avoided this book. I cannot believe I did...but yes...I really did. Once I got to this book in the series I skipped it. I thought it would be horrible b/c of Khalil being a Djinn. I mean throughout the series Khalil has been sooo anal. But WOW. Grace is so down to earth that it isn't funny. She reminds me of truly southern woman. Khalil is explain so much better in this book, so are the Djinn. Khalil and Grace story is soo good, I keep re listening.

    Great Great

    Narration rocked!!!

    "Enjoyed every moment"

I was waiting for this book to come out - I enjoyed every minute of it.

Narrator - Wonderful job as always. Sophie Eastlake is one of those narrators that I will always enjoy listening to. She does an amazing job.

Story - I still enjoy Dragon Bound the most. Oracle's Moon is the second best in this series. Followed by Storm's Heart and than Serpent's Kiss.

The story starts directly after the meeting with the Oracle in Serpent's Kiss. I mean the morning after and goes from there. There are a lot of things going on this book and oddly enough I think the book should have been longer, flushed out a bit more in certain areas. The book is witty, the chars both interesting and well thought out. We see more about why both Grace and Khalil are the way they are. We learn a bit more about factions in the world. And a bit more about the root of the Oracle's power.

The counterpoint of Grace and Khalil is interesting and Thea does a great job showing each of them coming to terms with the attraction, their lives, etc.

Now, keep in mind I really enjoyed this book and plan to relisten to it this weekend when reading the following.

I only gave the story 4 stars because I think Thea Harrison has some great ideas for some epic fantasy in here but she is working perhaps against the story in trying to keep these in the fantasy romance realm. I would be very interested in seeing more, more about these different groups, their goals, their reasons, etc. I want to say more about certain parts of the book but don't wish to spoil things either. There are a couple places in the story where if felt like there should have been more. What was there was enough for a simple romance fantasy, but if there had been more,more.. just more! (yea maybe I"m just becoming more demanding in my reads/listens)

    "Good series"
What did you love best about Oracle's Moon?

    Humorous dialog

What was your reaction to the ending? (No spoilers please!)

A little disappointing as I like all the ends tied up, but it is a series.

What about Sophie Eastlake’s performance did you like?

She has a very plesant voice and was really good with the Kentucky accents. They were definitely there without being overdone.

    Any additional comments?

My favorite is still the first in the series, Dragon Bound.

    "Another great series!"
What made the experience of listening to Oracle's Moon the most enjoyable?

Sophie Eastlake did a great job narrating this. I had a few issue's with Grace and the fast pace and skimmy over of key points in the story.

    Any additional comments?

Really Liked this story! Loved Khalil. Still wondering about Grace. I liked her but sometimes I didn't. It's not a five star cause some things felt too rushed. Would have liked some more interaction with Khalil and his daughter. But it was still a good read and this is on my will re-read list.

Would you consider the audio edition of Oracle's Moon to be better than the print version?

I haven't read the print version

What did you like best about this story?

I love the way the author writes. The story is entertaining and the characters are likeable.

What about Sophie Eastlake’s performance did you like?

She's really good at it. It wasn't dry. Each persons personality shows through the narration and trust me, not a lot of narrators can do that...or maybe they just don't care to. She can deliver a one-liner with the best of them.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I chuckled a few times. The author and narrator have a way of making the most corny lines seem cute.

    Any additional comments?

This is a really enjoyable book. The narrator is awesome and the kids in the book are cuuuuttttteee.

    "Best one Yet"

I loved book one, but was a little disappointed in books 2 & 3. However, this one has made up for both of them. As far as I am concerned, this is the best one yet and makes me look forward to others in this series. There are some very interesting people that are only mentioned a little. I would also enjoy reading (or listening) about some of the other demon kind that are only mentioned in this book. I hope the auther keeps the sanme narrator also. She has a very good voice and is very good speaking in either male or female voices.

    "Loved It!"
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I would recommend the entire series to any and everyone who enjoys this genre! I love the characters and the humor woven throughout the stories. This one had me from the start! Wait, that's not true. This one had me from the end of Serpent's Kiss!

What did you like best about this story?

I love the interplay between Grace as a tough as nails country girl and Khalil as a pent-up Djinn. The plot of the story is excellent but the relationship of the characters is hilarious. I really enjoyed the scene where Khalil confronts Rune and Carling- I replayed that one a couple of times because it tickled me so much. Khalil's final comment to Dragos at the end...priceless.

Which character – as performed by Sophie Eastlake – was your favorite?

Oh please...like I've said before, she doesn't even have to identify who she is portraying and you will just know. There is such consistency in the voices and personality portrayed that it's like listening to a recording of friends or family..you just know who is speaking. She rocks! My all-time favorite in this series is Rune but that's just because his personality is so much fun.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I giggled. I cracked up. I reloaded Dragon Bound and started over again just so I could revisit all of the giggling and cracking up I do with every book. The only tears you get in this series seem to be from laughing...for which I am ever thankful. I can barely handle the emotional turmoil J. R. Ward puts me through so...I'm happy to laugh!

    Any additional comments?

Love it. Love the series! Love Thea Harrison! Love Sophie Eastlake! You absolutely have to try this series if you haven't done so yet!
