"Don't waste your time or money."
What would have made Super Study Album better?The chapters are untitled and it is up to the listener to figure out which is which. This production is weak and jumbled.

Any additional comments?This did nothing to help me study, sleep or concentrate. I reccomend specific Podcasts over this collection of noises.
