"This book was soooo good!"
i thought it was going to be really ghetto but theres actually true love in the story which captured all my attention. Love Profit!!! i couldnt put the book down! i cant wait until the next book comes out next june. i swear i want to read all her books now.
"The Bomb!!!!"
I Love, Love, Love this book!!! Mama Peaches is my favorite character!! This book had me feeling all kinds of emotions, i couldnt stop listening!!
"Gives outsiders and inside view"
Books like this are excelent for those who know nothing about this type of life. I oversee a youth group but I know I have not experienced some of the things the kids have. This book allowed me to get into their minds after some of the things they may have been through. A great read for those who condem people before they know their story. The task to try and turn around the mind set of these "Divas" would break counselours in half.
"Hooked"
I was hooked from the very beginning. While some of the scenes were graphic and a little more edgy that I like I enjoyed the book and look forward to listening to the next book in the series. You definitely won't be wasting a credit on this book.
"Magnificent"
fantastic, wonderful, entertaining
There was nothing that I didn't like about the story.
The different voices, enthusiatic voice, and sound effects.
All characters where memorable. Each one caught and kept my attention. I felt myself wanting to know what was going to happen next for that character.
This was a wonderful. I can't put into words how engulfed I was in each member. I can't wait until the second part
"cant wait"
omg i love this book i just cant wait tell this summer i cnt stop going over and over of chapters in my head just knowing that the next one is going to mbe just as good but i have this deep feeling that its going to be much better cnt wait and keep up the good work june hurry n come lol
Lovvve Audiobook! I could listen/read books all day!
"OFFICIALLY MY FAVORITE WRITER"
Hands down one of the best Audio books I've heard on audible so far!
She did the characters voices soo good! At some points I even forgot the book was being read by one single person! She did the crackhead Alice's voice so on point! and Yolanda's as well!
YES YES YES!! Heard the whole BOOK in one day! Loved IT and now addicted to the series!
"Must read if you read Street Divas"
It was a good follow up to part one. It finishes where part one leaves you dangling in suspense. The only thing I didn't like was the switch in the narrator. They did present an entire cast of readers for this book, which made the characters a little easier to follow. Drama filled.
"Absolutely brilliant!"
I highly recommend this book. It is well written and the narrator brought so much life and compassion to the main character and her struggles and trimphs.
How the main character processed her decisions.
Honey Jones breathed realism into the character. Honey Jones effectively brought out that main character Goldie was a real person who got caught up. Her voice was a joy to listen to.
Goldie. She was a lot of fun, and she was resilient.
Other readers will like this book a whole lot!!
"Really good book!"
I enjoyed this book completely! I felt all types of emotions while listening. It was a really good book.
