What did you love best about Love Works?I loved the authenticity of the author, Joel Manby.
What did you like best about this story?The whole message: His honesty about how his job at SAAB was ruining his marriage and family and how he had to find another way. He seems very likable, and admitted he didn't know it all, and that he learned from the Herschend family that "love works" in leadership. Who wouldn't want to work for a company like that?

"A must read ...listen to book!"
Would you listen to Love Works again? Why?Yes. This is a must read/listen to for all levels of employees. It has amazing simple day to day basics that you may apply to all aspects of your life, not just in the work place!
What does Joel Manby bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?Personal experience and true life hardships with juggling all the demands of life/family etc require.
