Anyone who has read a magazine or even listened to TV could of written this book. There is no new news in her ladies. It's all the same stuff we knew for years. Eat 3 basic healthy meals. Eat your greens. Brush your teeth and your face before going to bed. The only reason any one is getting this is because of Doctor Oz's name associated with it. Shame on your Doctor. Oz!
