Excessive passion and competitiveness whether in sports or in business has extreme negative consequences. This fictional audiobook, paints the picture vividly while also causing one to evaluate their purpose and what is really important in life.

While winning is important, contrary to what some would want you to believe, it isn't everything. Faith, family, and relationships need to be part of true success and a fulfilled life.

His voice at times carries strength that can verge on arrogance at just the right times that one would imagine would reflect that of a winning coach. At other appropriate times it reflects empathy and compassion. Well done for this listeners ears.

At 64 years old, I feel that I have personally experienced and observed all aspects of the characters in the book. The book brilliantly has condensed a lifetime of learning into a short and very interesting read. I wish I could have learned those lessons a long time ago. That said, it's never to late to do the right thing(s).

This was a very good leadership book. Not the normal style of dishing out information rather more of a life application. Highly recommended.

The story didn't provide me with any value toward improving my leadership skills. Instead, it focused on a long, drawn-out story of an obviously wrong way to lead. Then it turned to a religious view that is apparently needed in order to become a good leader. What?! To be quite honest, I couldn't force myself to finish it after I had already committed to a third of it.

Multipliers. I've listened to it twice already and it's one of the best leadership books out there.

It's hard to make it better when the underlying story is so poor.

I enjoyed this book a lot. It should be purchased and listened to. I have recommended it to a number of people already. That being said, I was completely underwhelmed with the narration. Honestly, I would not be excited to hear anything else read by Mr. Batchelar.

Great listen; good concepts. For more agnostic guys like myself there are some things that need to be refocused, but really good in general.

If you are a coach, leader, or parent, and looking for answers read this book. If you are not looking for answers read this book. Your only regret will be that you didn't read it earlier.

This is a really good book for those who are in a position of influence. Aren't we all? Definitely one of my favorites of the year. Enjoyed it very much.
