What if you went to the mailbox one day and received a letter from God asking you to host a dinner - in God's honor?
Award-winning author, composer, and lyricist Rayme Sciaroni shares the irresistible story of Jenny, a woman in her early 50s who receives such an invitation. Jenny is requested to invite anyone she chooses as well as a person she doesn't know very well to the momentous event. The guests are urged to each bring a dish they would like for God to taste and to wear clothing they would like for God to see them in.
Why would God choose her to host a dinner party? Is this truly God reaching out to Jenny or is it a silly joke? Will God really show up? Sciaroni introduces you to an intriguing cast of characters in Jenny's world and takes the listener on a journey of unforeseen surprises that far surpass the expectations of Jenny or her guests, expanding their awareness of what or who "God", or, among other names, "The Universe", might mean to them.
Rayme Sciaroni comes from a wealth of various creative backgrounds from professional pianist, composer/lyricist, artist, designer, director, musical director, and choreographer to creative consultant, chef, and author. The list goes on! With so many different facets throughout his life, this story is the culmination of his teachings, his observations and his keen awareness of recognizing the "little everyday jewels" that makes life so wonderfully joyful and juicy! No one could tell it better!

"The best well-rounded book I've read in years!"
The story is so interesting it was HARD to pause from listening! It includes humor, interesting character development (I grew to love and become "friends" with certain characters!), and a spiritual angle that prompted self-reflection. The story magically portrays how all of our lives CAN be!
The message to "be present" in the moment, to enjoy experiences and items that come into our lives without holding ourselves back or "saving them for a special occasion". This book helped me to focus more on the joy of the present, the joy of myself and friends, and to consider spiritual aspects surrounding us. I found the message to be timely, soulful, and informative in a fun way. It's the best book I've read or listened to in some time!
Aunt Maddie by far! I want to be like her when I age!
Oh definitely. One work night I was up until past 1:00 a.m. because one chapter would lead me to another and I couldn't stop because I wanted to know what happened!
I'm recommending this book to everyone I know. The friends who have read the printed version say the same as me, they love it and can't put it down! Thank you to the author! Is there a sequel coming out?
